NantiAja user submission case study
  • 5,869.7%User submission growth
  • 6,879.8%Payment portal traffic growth
  • 5,187.8%Transaction growth

Background

NantiAja is a buy now, pay later service launched in October 2021. Users pay 25% of the item price up front and the rest over 42 or 90 days, in four equal instalments with no interest.

Pain points

NantiAja had to understand customer needs, spread awareness of its value proposition and get people to convert. Campaigns had to reach the consumers most likely to want the service, and only qualified leads, to prevent fraud. NantiAja also chose not to use paid advertising.

  • Understanding the target segment and writing messages that resonate with it.
  • Generating conversions without paid advertising.
  • Many users who did not complete the payment process.

What we did

Co-marketing partnerships

Solution: strategic partnerships with merchants that reach similar users without competing with NantiAja, built as a fair exchange of value for both sides.

Result: after three months, user submissions that completed the process grew 5,869.7%, with steady growth from the merchant collaborations.
