1. Our services and client agreements

The site describes Pipeline’s marketing services for residential property developers. Nothing on the site is an offer that binds us. Any engagement, including scope, fees and deliverables, is set out in a separate written agreement or proposal, which prevails over these terms.

The Residential Growth Audit and consultations offered on the site are free and carry no obligation for either party.

ChatAgent is a separate company. Where we implement or operate the ChatAgent platform for a client, use of that platform is also subject to ChatAgent’s own terms.

2. Information on the site

Content on the site, including articles, examples, benchmarks and case studies, is general information, not professional, financial or legal advice for your specific situation. We try to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

Case studies describe results achieved for specific past clients, mostly in SaaS and B2B. They show how we work and do not promise any particular result. We do not guarantee property sales.

3. Free tools and calculators

Calculators and tools such as the WhatsApp link generator are provided free, as they are, for estimates and convenience. Check important figures independently before relying on them. Values you type into calculators are processed in your browser.

4. Downloadable resources

Ebooks and other downloads remain the property of Pipeline. You may use them for your own internal business purposes and share links to the page where they are offered. You may not resell them or republish them as your own without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Pipeline name and logo, site design, text, graphics and code belong to Pipeline or its licensors. Client logos and testimonials are shown with permission and belong to their owners. Except as allowed above, do not copy, modify or distribute site content without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to send spam or harmful code, to submit false information through our forms, or to interfere with the site or its security. Automated access is allowed only in a way that does not disrupt the site.

7. Third-party links and content

The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as WhatsApp, HubSpot forms, Google and YouTube. Those services follow their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Privacy

How we collect and use personal data, including what you submit through forms and WhatsApp, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pipeline is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from use of the site or reliance on its content or tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be settled amicably and, if that fails, by the courts of South Jakarta.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to cloud@pipeline.co.id.
